• Donna Bartlett
  MSW, LCSW, Master of Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has been with Carolina Partners since 2007.  She earned a BSW from N.C. State and an MSW from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Ms. Bartlett is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the North Carolina Society of Clinical Social Workers, and has previously worked for Holy Hill Hospital and Wake County Human Services.  Ms. Bartlett treats all ages at our Raleigh, NC Annex office, where she specializes in mood disorders, PTSD, addictions and gender identities.
