As such, open, honest communication and sharing of your narrative is the foundation to creating a collaborative relationship between the counselor and client. As a client, it is my desire that you enter and exit the counseling relationship feeling respected and accepted in your unique and individual truth.
I have 9 years of experience in providing clinical care for symptoms of Addictive behaviors, ADHD, ODD, Anger and Rage, Bipolar Disorder, Conflicting Relationships, Depression, Grief and Loss, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Stress and Anxiety Management, and Life Transitions utilizing evidenced-based theories and interventions such as CBT, MI, CPT, and Positive Psychology with a trauma-informed approach.
