Why did you choose mental health care as a career path?

“As the daughter of a urologist and a psychiatric social worker, I think I was destined to become a psychiatrist. While I grew up intending to become a pediatrician, I decided to have a career as a child & adolescent psychiatrist because I enjoy talking to and listening to patients and helping them find solutions that enable them to live better lives.”

“She makes me laugh and always is on my side about stuff. My dad likes her as well. I just want you and your staff members to say thank you to her” ~ Emily
