Amy L. Jackson received her Masters in Health and Human Services in Social Work from North Carolina Agricultural & Technology University. She first started as a therapist at the S•A•V•E•D Foundation, and and went on to help countless others in a variety of environments. She has spent a lot of time working with families and has 5 years of experience working with people who are dealing with issues related to aging. Amy currently works with ages 5 and up at the Carolina Partners location in Wake Forest, NC. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, dementia, and couples counseling.
Why did you choose mental health as a career path?
“I knew from a young age I wanted to follow my father’s footsteps as a social worker. I wanted to help those in need with compassion and honesty.”
