David Dominguez
MS, PMHNP-BC, Master of Science and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner, has been with Carolina Partners since 2002.  He earned his BS and MS in Nursing from Arizona State University.  Mr. Dominguez's work history includes time at ASU, Family Service Agency, and Superstition Mountain Mental Health Center, Inc.  He is also a member of the American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society.  Mr. Dominguez has an office in Cary, NC, where he treats all age groups in general psychiatry.
