We offer two distinct joining options for fully licensed therapists who want clinical control over their schedule, patient caseload, and professional development. Partnered therapists can join one of our Counseling Centers working along with colleagues in a group office and have an ownership stake in the largest mental health practice in North Carolina. Affiliated therapists have the same stream of referrals, billing support, and clinical control but more autonomy as an independent therapist in our network.
