Just wondering if you're aware that your blog is being spammed on Daily Kos, a large progressive blog.
It's doing wonders for your reputation.

Hello all - I am a brand new poster on this forum therefore I think I ought to tell you a bit about myself. First off, I am 19 years of age, a man, and I enjoy reading biology at my school. I truly can't wait chatting with you older members... bye bye x

Thank you. It would seem obvious that mental health is a daily and even hourly thing. At least when someone points it out to me.

I am often struck by the change in mental health 'skills', if you will, as people become fatigued over the course of a day. They relapse or fall or are beckoned to their lowest level of functioning.

So, in addition to your observation that people's mental health issues are constantly changing, I might submit that most everyone's mental health is 'worse' as their day wears on and they simply become tired.

I advise people to take their meds and simply go to bed.

As Beckett stated (and the new day can ironically be looked forward to in this way):

Worstward Ho (1983)
"All of old. Nothing else ever. Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better."

I really like the topic of this blog and this post reminded me of a study that was just published in a professional psychology journal that discusses the changes that you have mentioned. The study showed that after 8 weeks of mindfulness meditation, actual structural changes have been observed using Fmri imaging techniques

"A mindfulness meditation training program can trigger measurable changes in brain areas associated with awareness, empathy and sense of self within eight weeks, a new study has found."

Here is a link to the actual study if anyone is interesting in more information.

Sure I'm in good health& well-being, but that can adjust overnight. Why shall it be "my fault" and I have to a pay further insurance coverage if I've a pre-existing condition or getting old, be laid off etc?
